About Laurie Sterbens

I’m a travel writer by day and a home cook with an egg allergy in the family all the time. I also love all the diets, so along with eggless recipes you may see everything from South Beach to paleo here, and then I’ll make ravioli because whatever. It’s all about moderation. I just like good, mostly healthy food. I’ve got an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction and hope someday my fiction will be popular. In the meantime, here’s where I’m putting all the things I’ve got cooking.
